2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing dipacking.com, the app.dipacking.com application or any service related to Dipacking, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the website, platform or services provided by Dipacking.

3. Description of the Service

Dipacking is a Digital Packaging platform that helps businesses connect their physical products to digital pages accessible through a QR code.

• Creation of customized digital product pages.

• Addition of product information, traceability, composition, origin and certifications.

• Addition of marketing content: storytelling, images, videos, recipes and customer reviews.

• Tracking of page views and user interactions.

• Product AI assistant with a usage quota defined according to the selected plan.

4. Account Creation

Certain Dipacking features require the creation of a user account. When registering, the user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions carried out through their account.

5. Authorized Use

The user agrees to use Dipacking only for lawful and professional purposes and in compliance with these terms.

• It is prohibited to publish false, misleading or unlawful information.

• It is prohibited to infringe the rights of any third party.

• It is prohibited to attempt to access unauthorized accounts, data or systems.

• It is prohibited to disrupt the technical operation of the platform.

6. User-Generated Content

The user remains fully responsible for the content they add to Dipacking, including texts, images, logos, documents, product information, traceability data, external links, marketing content and legal notices.

The user guarantees that they have the necessary rights to publish such content. Dipacking cannot be held responsible for information entered by the user on their product pages.

7. Accuracy of Product Information

The user is responsible for the accuracy, updating and compliance of the information displayed on their product pages.

This includes, in particular, ingredients, allergens, certifications, origin, composition, nutritional information, instructions for use, environmental information and regulatory data.

Dipacking provides a technical publishing tool, but does not systematically verify the accuracy or regulatory compliance of published content.

8. QR Codes and Product Links

Dipacking allows products to be connected to digital pages via QR code or web link. The user is responsible for the proper use of QR codes on packaging, printed materials or digital media.

QR codes generated under the Starter plan are intended solely for discovery, testing, demonstrations and validation of how Dipacking works.

The Starter plan is not intended for permanent commercial use or production use. A QR code associated with a product using the Starter plan must not be permanently printed on packaging intended for commercialization, distribution or mass production.

For any permanent printing of a QR code on commercial packaging, the user must subscribe to a paid plan appropriate to their use.

Dipacking cannot be held responsible for printing errors, incorrect QR code placement, incorrect links or external modifications beyond Dipacking's control.

9. Product AI Assistant

Dipacking provides an AI assistant linked to product pages. This feature is available across the different plans, with an AI request quota defined according to the selected plan. Responses generated by the AI assistant are provided for informational purposes only.

The user remains responsible for configuring the assistant, the information provided and verifying the generated responses.

The AI assistant does not replace professional, legal, medical, nutritional, regulatory or technical advice.

10. Plans, Subscriptions and Payment

Dipacking offers several free or paid plans. The Starter, Pro and Business plans provide access to the same Dipacking features.

The plans mainly differ in their capacity, including the number of products allowed and the available AI request quota.

Product limits, AI quotas, prices and conditions for each plan are indicated on the pricing page or communicated directly to the customer.

In the event of non-payment of a paid plan, Dipacking reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the account until payment is regularized.

11. Starter Plan

Dipacking offers a free Starter plan intended primarily for discovery, testing, demonstrations and evaluation of the platform.

The Starter plan provides access to Dipacking features, but with limited capacity, particularly regarding the number of products and the AI request quota.

The Starter plan does not constitute a free lifetime offer and must not be used as a permanent solution for products that are commercialized, distributed or used as part of regular production.

QR codes associated with products using the Starter plan are intended for testing, demonstrations and evaluation of the service.

A QR code associated with the Starter plan must not be permanently printed on packaging intended to be commercialized, distributed or mass-produced.

For any permanent commercial use, particularly when a QR code is to be printed on commercial packaging, the user must subscribe to a paid plan suited to their needs.

Dipacking reserves the right to modify the limits, conditions, availability or terms of the Starter plan, or to discontinue it, subject to applicable legal obligations.

12. Service Availability

Dipacking makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the platform. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, server incidents, network outages or force majeure events.

Dipacking does not guarantee permanent, continuous or error-free access to the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

The Dipacking platform, its interface, design, texts, features, structure and graphic elements are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

Content added by the user remains the property of the user or its respective rights holders. By publishing content on Dipacking, the user authorizes Dipacking to host, display and process it solely for the purpose of operating the service.

14. Personal Data

Dipacking may collect certain data necessary for the operation of the service, including account data, login data, usage data, page view analytics and information related to product pages.

This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user is also responsible for any personal data they add or collect through their own product pages.

15. External Links

Pages created with Dipacking may contain links to external websites. Dipacking is not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

16. Account Suspension or Deletion

Dipacking reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these terms, misuse of the service, non-payment, unlawful content, a threat to platform security or fraudulent behavior.

The user may also request the deletion of their account by contacting Dipacking.

17. Limitation of Liability

Dipacking provides a technical solution for creating and managing digital product pages. Dipacking cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the platform, incorrect information published by the user, QR code printing errors, temporary interruption of the service, data loss caused by a third party or decisions made based on an AI-generated response.

18. Changes to the Service

Dipacking may add, modify, restrict or remove certain features in order to improve the platform, strengthen security or adapt the service to users' needs.

The main features are available across the different plans. Usage capacities, including the number of products and AI quotas, may vary depending on the selected plan.

19. Termination

The user may stop using Dipacking at any time. In the case of a paid subscription, the terms for cancellation, renewal or refunds depend on the subscribed plan and the conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

As the Starter plan is intended for discovery, testing and demonstrations, Dipacking does not guarantee its availability for an indefinite period.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable.
